Terms of Service – Qard Codes

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Qard Codes, a service owned and operated by Tigasoft I.T. Solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Qard Codes is a SaaS platform that enables users to create, customize, and share digital business cards. Subscription plans may be billed monthly or annually.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not misuse the platform in ways that may harm other users or the system.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Non-payment or chargeback may result in suspension of your account.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not available once a subscription is activated, except in cases of technical issues that prevent use of the service as described.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will remain until the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

Qard Codes is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of Qard Codes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
