Refund Policy – Qard Codes

At Qard Codes (operated by Tigasoft I.T. Solutions), we want you to be confident in your subscription.

1. Free Trial/Preview

Customers can preview features before subscribing.

2. Refunds

• Customers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase if they are not satisfied with the service.
• Refunds requested after the 14-day period will generally not be granted, except in cases of technical issues that prevent you from using Qard Codes as described.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
